Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Streamer Prom Tee Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Slapwoods, 8990 Park West Dr., Ste D1, Houston, TX 77063 ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. This Promotion is a giveaway of apparel only; no tobacco product is offered as a prize.

3. Entry period

The Promotion begins August 15, 2026 and ends August 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period").

4. How to enter

Join Slapwoods+, Sponsor's free membership program, at slapwoods.com/slapwoods-plus during the Entry Period. Membership is free and requires age verification (21+). One entry per person. Individuals who are already Slapwoods+ members as of the end of the Entry Period are automatically entered. Membership requires consent to receive Slapwoods+ emails; you may unsubscribe at any time after the drawing without affecting a prize already won.

5. Winner selection and odds

21 winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 7 days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

Each winner receives one (1) Slapwoods Streamer Prom special-edition tee. The Streamer Prom tee is not offered for sale; its approximate retail value is $40 based on comparable Slapwoods tees (total ARV for all prizes $840). 21 tees total — sizes are limited (medium and large) and allocated as available, first drawn, first pick. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email at the address on their Slapwoods+ membership within seven (7) days of the drawing. A winner who does not respond within seven (7) days of notification forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be drawn. Sponsor may announce winners by first name and last initial.

8. Privacy

Information collected for this Promotion is handled as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at slapwoods.com/privacy and is used to administer the Promotion and operate the Slapwoods+ program.

9. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's Terms of Use. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes was made by automated means, by a person under 21, or in violation of these rules, and may cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity, selecting winners from eligible entries received before such action.
